Do you take requests?

Characters are based on Patreon Members' suggestions and put to a vote. You can find out more info by checking out my Patreon. Other than that, no. 

When will you ship my order?

From the moment I receive your order, I will prepare to ship the following day. 

• For US orders: 3-5 Business Days.
• For UK orders: Can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but may be longer. Please be patient.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Not yet. I do regular stamped letter mail. Definitely a goal if things start to pick up! 

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please use the contact form to reach out to see how we can resolve the issue. Have the order number handy! 

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently I only ship within the United States and to the United Kingdom. I use regular stamped mail and shipping fees are partially included in the order. In time I hope to extend this, and I appreciate your patience. If you want to still try a shipment to your country, please use the contact from and we'll see what we can do. 

Do you take commissions?
